PAIRED BACK INDUSTRIAL CHIC

Our US movie producer client’s Victorian warehouse was given an industrial twist in this cosmetic upgrade. The brief was to create a serene and eclectic bolthole with a shabby chic artisanal flair.

Distressed floor tiles named ‘Spitalfields’ helped create the industrial feel along with hand made exposed copper pipes made by our expert building team. Farrow and Ball ‘card room green’ was used for a nod towards the Georgian style of the houses in the nearby, infamous, Fournier Street.

Other design updates came in the kitchen where we replaced the worktops with Cararra marble (hand picked from our amazing suppliers) updated the cabinet hardware and replaced the appliances. The whole flat was redecorated using white plaster to create a neutral, warm yet urban feel.
