What services do you offer?

We offer a range of interior design services from concept development, space planning, furniture selection, colour consultation, creative consultancy through to full interior design and build solutions. By booking an introduction call we can discuss which services might suit you best according to your objectives and budget.

How do I get started with your interior design services?

Getting started is easy! Simply fill out our contact form or give us a call to schedule discovery meeting over Zoom. During this meeting, we'll discuss your project goals, timeline, and budget to tailor our services to your specific needs. 

What can I expect during the design process?

After our Zoom meeting, and being sure we are a good fit, the process begins. A paid consultation in your home is where we gather information about your preferences, lifestyle, and project requirements. We give you real time advice, develop a mood board together and start planning the anticipated budget to deliver your goals. Once you’re happy with our plan we will start developing a design concept, present it to you for feedback, and then proceed with the implementation phase, overseeing the required aspects of the project until completion.

Will I receive drawings or plans after the paid consultation?

No. Drawings and plans will be created after you’ve agreed to work with us (and any of our contractor friends).


Do you work with clients remotely?

Yes, we offer virtual design services for clients who are not located in our area or simply want to go it alone. Through video calls, emails, and digital presentations, we can collaborate effectively to bring your design vision to life, no matter where you are located.

How much do interior design services cost?

The cost of our services varies depending on the scope of the project, size of the space, and level of customisation required. We offer tailored package options to fit your budget and design needs.

Can you help me with just one room or an area of my home I am stuck with?

Absolutely! Whether you need assistance with a single room or multiple areas of your home, we're here to help. Our services are customizable to accommodate your unique needs and desired goals.

What if I already have existing furniture or decor that I want to incorporate into the design?

We welcome the opportunity to work with your existing furniture and decor items to create a cohesive and personalised design scheme. We will also be honest about whether some things just won’t work in delivering you the results you need :) During the process, we'll discuss how to incorporate your existing pieces into the overall design plan… or, indeed, not!


Do you offer renovation and remodelling services?

While we specialise in interior design, we also collaborate with external contractors and architects to provide renovation and remodelling services as needed.

What happens if I want to use your trade contacts but only have a small, or no, design budget?

That’s ok. We won’t take it personally. If after our meetings it seems you only need a small amount of design help, or the priorities for the first stage is just getting the builders in, we would be happy for you to liaise directly with our industry friends. We aren’t in the business of upselling design for no reason and aim to present you the best solution to your renovation needs.

Are your builders and architects part of Zoe Willis Design?

No they are not. They are all independent contractors we have worked with before and operate independently. If you choose to work with them, your contract will be with them directly. 

How long does the interior design process take?

The duration of the design process depends on the complexity of the project, third party vendor lead times, and other factors. We'll provide you with a timeline at the start of the project and keep you informed of progress throughout our wokring relationship.


Do you offer product procurement services and product research?

Yes we do! Product procurement is the service of buying items on a clients behalf. It is a management fee. Eg. The item has been found and the client signs off but requires ZWD to liaise with the supplier to confirm price, delivery or customs fees and delivery times as well as raising and paying invoices on the client's behalf.
The charge for this is 15% + VAT per item or an agreed flat fee for multiple items.

Product research is the service of finding suitable items for a client's home that are on brief, fit the space and are affordable to the client. This is a fee applied for the time it takes to find things! eg. While we may show a client 5 items per room we may have had to research 100 items to be able to recommend the best 5!
This is included in the design fee unless otherwise agreed.


If you, the client, would like us to research and propose more that 5 items per room or alternative items are needed we would be happy to help! This will be subject to additional fees outlined in the T&Cs.

What happens if there are delays to my project?

This can happen. Curveballs are a thing. We are committed to working closely with our partners to keep delays to a minimum, but sometimes life happens! We aim to inform you of the facts as soon as possible and try to present you with solutions to minimise setbacks and cost increases.
